From intake to commercial decision.
The target workflow is designed as a chain: supplier intake → opportunity → representative mission → evidence → lot → traceability record → buyer requirement / RFQ → deal controls → shipment records → reputation and audit history.
Field evidence
Representative evidence can support identification and preliminary QC, while higher-assurance claims can require laboratory or documentary evidence depending on the buyer and destination.
Lot identity
The commercial unit is designed to have a unique identity so its origin evidence, quality observations and downstream commercial records can remain linked.
Traceability
The long-term design includes a buyer-readable lot passport / QR experience. The passport is intended to expose only evidence appropriate for the audience, not internal or sensitive operational data.
Commercial controls
Transaction, payment and logistics conditions remain subject to counterparty verification and route feasibility before commitment.
